Know in advance:
you must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time as latecomers will not be admitted
the minimum height requirement is 1.2m
maximum measurements: weight 130kg, waist 125cm, upper thigh 75cm
adult to child ratio: 1 adult to 5 children (8 – 17 years)
there is a maximum of 6 people per booking
please wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Climbers will be required to wear our climb shoes so socks must be worn. It is recommended to wear gloves during winter
smartphones and/or small compact cameras can be taken up in secure pockets for pictures on the roof. All other items will be stored away and returned to you at the end of the climb.
climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances and if so, will not be permitted to participate plus will not be refunded
the activity is not refundable, but it could be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the climbing time, with a cost of £5; and between 48 hours up to 24 hours prior to the climbing time, with a cost of £10. For less than 24 hours, late-comers, and missed climbs there are no refund and no reschedules

A must-do activity
Outstanding experience! The organization of the Up at The O2 sunset climb was seamless. We saw the best parts of Edinburgh and learned so much. The guide was exceptionally friendly and caring.
