Catalogue and availability
Experiences are displayed from the existing Holidey database. Dates, availability, inclusions and supplier conditions may change. A cart entry does not reserve inventory.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in the selected display currency using the configured database exchange rate. The final amount and currency are recorded when checkout begins. Any supplier-specific age, group or date rules remain applicable.
Payment and confirmation
A pending booking is created before redirection to Flutterwave. The booking becomes confirmed only after the application verifies a successful transaction against the expected reference, amount and currency. A redirect or browser message by itself is not proof of payment.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and change rights depend on the selected experience and its published supplier conditions. Review the “Good to know” section on the experience page and contact support promptly when assistance is needed.
