When you create an account, add experiences to your trip or complete a booking, the application may collect your name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, traveller quantities and booking notes.
How information is used
Information is used to provide catalogue search, maintain your trip cart, create booking records, communicate confirmations, provide customer support and protect the checkout process.
Payments
Payments are completed through Flutterwave. This application sends the amount, currency, transaction reference and customer contact details needed to initiate checkout. It does not store card numbers. Payment status is verified server-side before a booking is marked as paid.
Your choices
You may contact support to ask about booking information associated with your email address, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Legal retention requirements may apply to payment and booking records.
