Day 1: Arrival in Lima & Optional City Tour (D)
Upon arrival in Lima, our team will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your
hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore Lima’s historic center on a guided
half-day tour, discovering its colonial architecture and vibrant culture. In the evening,
enjoy a special welcome dinner at a top local restaurant, introducing you to the flavors of
Peruvian cuisine.
Day 2: Culinary Tour with Lunch & Optional Dinner (B + L)
Embark on a guided culinary tour through Lima, Peru’s gastronomic capital. Visit a local
market to learn about native ingredients, taste fresh Peruvian fruits and experience a
hands-on cooking session where you’ll prepare the classic ceviche. Savor a delightful
lunch, and in the evening, opt for an exquisite dining experience at one of Lima’s top-rated
restaurants.
Day 3: Flight to Cusco & Sacred Valley with Pisac Ruins (B + L)
Fly to Cusco and descend into the Sacred Valley to adjust to the altitude. En route, visit the
impressive Pisac Ruins, where you’ll explore ancient terraces and temples with
breathtaking valley views. Afterward, enjoy a scenic drive to your hotel, surrounded by the
beauty of the Andes.
Day 4: Local Community Visit, Maras & Moray with Scenic Lunch (B + L)
Immerse yourself in the Andean way of life with a visit to a local community, where you’ll
learn about traditional agriculture and daily life. Then, explore the stunning Maras Salt
Mines and the circular terraces of Moray, an ancient Incan agricultural laboratory. Midday,
savor a delicious lunch at a landscape restaurant with spectacular views.
Day 5: Ollantaytambo, Pachamanca Lunch & Train to Aguas Calientes (B + L)
Discover the impressive Ollantaytambo ruins, an ancient Incan fortress with intricate
stonework and rich history. Experience a traditional Pachamanca lunch, where meats and
vegetables are slow-cooked underground using hot stones. Complement your meal with
a Pisco and coffee tasting before boarding the train to Aguas Calientes for an overnight
stay at the base of Machu Picchu.
Day 6: Machu Picchu & Return to Cusco (B)
Start your day with an early visit to Machu Picchu, the Lost City of the Incas. Explore the
ancient citadel with your guide, uncovering its mysteries and breathtaking views. After the
tour, return to Aguas Calientes, take the train back to Ollantaytambo and continue by
vehicle to Cusco for the night.
Day 7: Peruvian Cooking Class & Cusco Walking Tour (B + L)
Delve into Cusco’s culinary scene with a private cooking class, where you’ll prepare
authentic Peruvian dishes using locally sourced ingredients. After lunch, enjoy a guided
walking tour of Cusco’s historic center, exploring landmarks like the Plaza de Armas, the

Day 8: Departure (B)
At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport for your outbound flight, concluding your
