You can return your device at any of the counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 and T2), Haneda (T2 and T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 and T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery

You will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router. Extra fees will be charged for extensions, late returns, and lost devices
