Alternatively, guests can reload money into E-Wallet at the following nine counters - Main Entrance Ticketing Counters, Surf Beach Ticketing Counters, Scream Park Counter, Rimba Counter, Zuluwalk Locker Counter, Surf Beach Locker Counter, Extreme Park Counter, Zulu Walk Tube Counter or Surf Beach Tube Counter. To get back the money you didn’t spend, make your way to a counter before 7pm to get a same day refund.
